Sharyn said, “Billie sets an example of what an outstanding pharmacy assistant is. I can tell she is a great asset to her pharmacy team.

“Billie applies herself to everything she does. Her workbooks are always excellent and she is always prepared for her assessments.”

Billie told Guild Training a little bit about her community pharmacy experience, “I have been a member of Rothnies Pharmacy for 2 years alongside my five colleagues and 2 bosses.

“Rothnies Pharmacy is a small community pharmacy in a town named Innisfail, operating since 1932. Working in a community pharmacy has taught me many life lessons and experiences that will help and guide me to improve my pharmacy assistant skills.

“During my two years working in pharmacy I have gained trust, respect and loyalty from my customers. I am thoroughly enjoying my position and finding it very rewarding.”

As the February 2019 Student of the Month, Billie will go into the draw to win the 2019 Student of the Year. The Student of the Year will win a Full Registration to the Pharmacy Assistant National Conference 2020. Please read the Terms and Conditions here.
