The first Boss of the month for 2016 is Jody McDonnell from Terry White Chemists Nerang. Jody was nominated by, Trainer and Assessor, Lisa Point’s student Brooke Chown.
Lisa told us that Jody has always been proactive in getting her charges to complete modules on time and provides them with additional support when they need it.
We asked Brooke to share her reasons for nominating Jody:
“Jody is an extremely helpful and supportive supervisor. She is always doing regular check-ups, tracking how I am going and offering help whenever necessary. Jody is very knowledgeable and patient when teaching me new concepts. Overall, she is a great support and assistance to me whilst completing this traineeship.”
