The August Student of the Month is Shay Anderson from Childers Friendlies Chemist, Childers. Shay has been nominated by her Guild Trainer/Assessor, Sharyn McErlean who had this to say:
“Shay is currently completing a school based traineeship in pharmacy, while completing year 12 and is also studying for an OP. She is a constant wonder that she manages to juggle all of her commitments and still maintain a high level of work.
“Shay is an outstanding student, she always sends work of a very high caliber and is pleasure to work with and it is a pleasure to be her trainer. She is extremely enthusiastic about every aspect of her work and her traineeship. She completes all her Guild study to a very high standard, and I’m continually impressed by her professionalism.
“Not only that, but Shay is a forward thinker. She anticipates what is required of her and goes above and beyond her duties without need for guidance.
“She works very well with her team and is well liked by all of her colleagues.
“It is an absolute pleasure to be her supervisor!”
