By popular demand, the APP Pharmacy Assistant education session has been developed specifically for current and aspiring retail managers, and pharmacy assistants involved in front of shop management.
Attendees will benefit from the knowledge of expert speakers, covering a wide range of topics, including ‘How to better market your retail products’ with social commentator and advertising expert, Jane Caro; ‘Managing difficult behaviours’ with HR guru, Kerry Atkinson from HR Business Solutions; and ‘Managing your front of shop performance’ with Norman Thurecht and Felicity Crimston from JR Pharmacy Services.
The sessions are designed to stimulate, inspire and prepare retail managers, 2ICs, stock controllers and senior pharmacy assistants to meet the challenges of retail pharmacy head on in 2015!
