The Guild Training QLD Boss of the Month for March is Adam Harradine from Moore Park Beach Pharmacy and Priceline Bundaberg!
Nominated by Guild Trainer Linden Pirrone, Adam has been recognised for the way he supports and encourages his team. Linden explained, “Adam is always willing to take the time to explain things very clearly.”
When Linden mentioned the nomination to Adam’s staff they were absolutely thrilled and attested to why Adam is a wonderful boss and an inspiration to the team.
“He challenges his staff to undertake activities that at first they might believe they are incapable of doing.
“When I spoke to Adam he said that it’s great having Pharmacy Assistants that perform to a high standard and if he can teach things that takes their performance up to the next level then everyone wins,” shared Linden.
As the March Boss of the month, Adam will go into the draw to win the 2019 Boss of the Year award. The Boss of the Year will win either a Full Pharmacy Assistant National Conference 2020 Registration or a Full APP Registration (excluding Street Party) for 2020.
