No one gets more excited about a special day or season than Trainer and Assessor, Sharyn McErlean. She is a mad keen advocate for a good dress up and without fail each time there is an opportunity, she’s in her seasonal best. For example, over the Christmas period, Sharyn had a different Christmas themed hat for every day of December…now that’s dedication!
Sharyn loves that she can make customers smile. “Maybe someone is having a bad day and you can help them along with a good laugh or maybe your regular customer who doesn’t get out much looks forward to the costume you’ll have on for each special day. It’s just something that adds a bit of fun and makes people happy.”
Last month, we were lucky enough to have both St Patrick’s Day and Easter and Sharyn didn’t disappoint. She even got her Certificate II in Community Pharmacy Fundamental class in on the act on St Patrick’s Day!
Special mention also goes to the team at Coral Coast Pharmacies Gin Gin, who really got into the swing of things for Purple Day and won Epilepsy Queensland’s Purple Pharmacy of the Year. Well done!
