Gemma Will from Calanna Pharmacy North Cairns is the May Boss of the Month.
Gemma has been nominated by her staff Gail Thomas and Victoria Schlothauer. Victoria said: “I think Gemma is a fantastic manager for many reasons. She helps me greatly and she is a very patient teacher. Gemma is also fair and has a great sense of fun. Her job can be stressful at times but she always remains calm and is a pleasure to work with.”
Gail said: “Our manager Gemma is awesome as she is fair, fun and hard working. She is relatively new to management of a pharmacy but she has taken to it like a duck to water and I love working with her.”
As the May 2016 Boss of the Month, Gemma will go into the draw to win the 2016 Boss of the Year. The Boss of the Year will win either a Full Pharmacy Assistant National Conference 2017 Registration or a Full APP Registration (excluding Street Party) for 2017.
