The November Boss of the Month is Debra Landers, Retail Manager from Springfield Amcal, Ipswich. Debra has been nominated by her colleagues, Sallie Stansfield and Mailene Resnik who had the following to say… “Deb is an amazing manager, she is both accommodating and remains fair while managing all of the staff here. She is a very positive role model for me and I would like to recognise her.”
Both Deb’s colleagues Sallie and Mailene nominated her as the boss of the month for November, Sallie saying; “Deb is both professional and knowledgeable and is always available for me when I have a query. She is so encouraging to the staff so that we can achieve our best! To sum her up, Deb is always ready to help, always wanted by both staff and customers, and always busy – she’s a real people person.”
As the November Boss of the month, Debra Landers will receive a boss of the month certificate and go into the draw to win the 2016 Boss of the Year.
