The June Boss of the Month is Alex Korol from Middlemount Pharmacy. Alex has been nominated by his pharmacy assistant Melanie Norman, because he is so supportive of her training.
“Alex is the most caring and supportive person I have ever worked with. He is always willing to listen and goes above and beyond for customers and staff. Alex is the by far the best boss I have ever had!”
Workplace Trainer Assessor Sharyn McErlean echoed Melanie’s sentiment by adding, “Melanie has just completed her Certificate III and Alex enrolled her straight away into a Certificate IV. It is wonderful to see such supportive employers who value their staff and training.”
As the June 2016 Boss of the Month, Alex will go into the draw to win the 2016 Boss of the Year. The Boss of the Year will win either a Full Pharmacy Assistant National Conference 2017 Registration or a Full APP Registration (excluding Street Party) for 2017.
