The July Boss of the Month is Nguyen Duong, Owner / Pharmacists from Mirani pharmacy in Mirani, Central Queensland.
Nguyen has been nominated by his Pharmacy Assistants, Natasha Rethus, who had the following to say:
“Mirani Pharmacy is only a very small community based pharmacy and Nguyen is an incredible pharmacists and boss! He is patient, supportive, and always happy to answer my (many) questions! Nguyen is always happy, and an absolute pleasure to be around because of his positivity. He is also very understanding and encouraging of our work life balance!”
As the July Boss of the month, Nguyen will receive a boss of the month certificate and go into the draw to win the 2017 Boss of the Year award.
