The April Boss of the Month is Mike Phillips, Owner/Pharmacists from Wondai Pharmacy, Wondai. Mike has been nominated by Guild Trainer/Assessor, Kathy Gribble, who had the following to say:
“Mike always makes his staff training and development his priority – he always makes time to talk, regardless of how busy he is!”
“Wondai is a one pharmacy town, and the store is highly focused on Community Services. Mike is passionate about providing the team with training, with all staff having completed a Certificate level in Community Pharmacy. He is always encouraging to the team and is always happy to discuss his staff’s progress. Their success is his success.
His staff said: “He offers and encourages us to complete training; he gives us every opportunity to learn.”
As the April Boss of the month, Mike will receive a boss of the month certificate and go into the draw to win the 2017 Boss of the Year award.
