The April 2016 Boss of the month is Graham Rowles, proud owner of Gayndah and Mundubbera Guardian pharmacies.
Graham was nominated by Operations Manager, Sam Rowles, who also happens to be his wife. Sam loves that her husband (and boss) is so encouraging to all staff and is always proud of what they achieve.
A pharmacist for 20 years, Graham is passionate about engaging with his community and delivering professional health care.
One of his favourite sayings is, “a business is only as good as the staff in it”, so he believes that training is important to ensure his staff can provide customers with high quality care. Graham currently has six pharmacy assistants across his stores undertaking training with the Guild.
Trainer and Assessor, Sherree Walters is always impressed with Graham’s compassion and patience when it comes to staff undertaking certificate training.
