Danielle is our Training Administration Assistant and resident baker-extraordinaire! Each month Danielle will share one of her delicious recipes! This month is Danielle’s Ginger Nut Biscuits.
Danielle’s Banana Cake
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3/4 cup sugar
3 bananas mashed
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
Grease a ring tin and line base with baking paper.
Sift flour and bi carb soda into a bowl. Add sugar.
Make a well in centre and add bananas, eggs and oil.
Stir until mixture is smooth.
Pour into cake tin and bake at 150C for 1 hour.
Rest on cooling tray and dust with icing sugar
