Trainer and Assessor, Carmel Flanagan’s student, Sandra Bryant from Russell Island Pharmacy is the July Student of the month.
As well as completing her Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy this year, she has also been supervising three of her staff members, who are all doing their Certificate III in Community Pharmacy.
Sandra is definitely committed to her role, commuting every day via ferry to and from Russell Island as she lives on the main land. Carmel said:
Sandra is a great student, who puts in 110% into her work and study. Even when challenges pop up, she is able to troubleshoot and find a solution. She is well liked and known in the pharmacy and the Russell Island Community and I can see why.
It’s definitely very clear that Sandra loves her role as Retail Manager and it has been an absolute pleasure taking her through her Certificate IV.”
Sandra has also been named as a Queensland Finalist for the Pharmacy Assistant of the Year Award, so wish her luck!
