The July Boss of the month is Damian Glover from Pharmacy on the Mall in Brisbane. He was nominated by his staff member Melinda Madoc (pictured with Damian above).
Melinda is currently completing her Certificate III in Community Pharmacy. Linden Pirrone, Melinda’s Trainer and Assessor, has always been impressed with how supportive Damian has been for Melinda and the other staff members undertaking Certificate qualifications.
Melinda said:
I have worked with Damian for over seven years and he has always been understanding and approachable with any situation that comes up, whether it be about work or personal issues.
He recently encouraged me to take part in the Guild Training Course to complete my certificate III, and is always there for constant support and motivation. He has proven to be a great leader and coach. I would like to thank Damian for recognizing my skills and allowing me to build on my knowledge and experience specializing in promotions and sales.
