- ½ pineapple
- 2 bananas
- One mango (if in season, or frozen mango is a great substitute)
- 2 passionfruit
- One bunch of mint leaves
- 2 oranges
Cut fruit into manageable pieces for your blender or Nutribullet, blend and serve! You can garnish with kiwifruit on the side or passionfruit on top! If you have ice block moulds handy, it will make for a healthy alternative to the sugar filled ice blocks available in supermarkets.
