This month Jill Power visited pharmacies in the Mackay region to undertake the Customer Experience Index survey.
The Customer Experience Index is a no-cost, member only service that highlights opportunities to improve your customer’s experience in the pharmacy – and ultimately the bottom line.
The service is conducted by an experienced Guild visitor (like Jill!) who attends your pharmacy, completes a survey and provides one-on-one feedback on how your pharmacy can improve its customer’s experience. A written report is then provided for your use.
