We are very pleased to announce our Guild Training Queensland Boss of the Month is Bec Edgerton from LiveLife Pharmacy Bowen Healthcare!
Guild Trainer/Assessor Katy Duldig nominated Bec after visiting the store and witnessing how supportive and encouraging Bec is with her team.
“Bec is very invested in having well trained staff and is very supportive of her staff that are currently enrolled in Guild training”, Katy explains.
“Bec works with a wonderful team, all passionate about their jobs and caring for the community. The shop has a buzzing Facebook page, showcasing their excellent products, professional services and involvement with the community.”
One of Bec’s staff, Chelsea, also attested to the merit of the nomination, “What makes Bec a great boss is she is always supportive of new ideas and encouraging staff to strive to do their best.
“She is honest, fair and easy to talk to. Bec believes in team work and has a good vision of all employees’ best assets and how each individual can benefit the store, team and community.”
As the June 2019 Boss of the month, Bec will go into the draw to win the 2019 Boss of the Year award. The Boss of the Year will win either a Full Pharmacy Assistant National Conference 2020 Registration or a Full APP Registration (excluding Street Party) for 2020.
