Danielle is our S2/S3 & Education Events Administrator and resident baker-extraordinaire! Each month Danielle will share one of her delicious recipes! This month is Danielle’s Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2tps vanilla essence
- 2 ¾ cups plain flour
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp bi carb soda
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 ¼ cups milk (or dark) chocolate chips
Method
- Pre heat oven to 170 degrees
- Cream butter, caster sugar and brown sugar until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla, and mix for two minuets
- Add baking soda, bi-card soda, flour and salt and combine
- Add chocolate chips and combine evenly
- Roll into balls and bake for 11 minuets
- Enjoy warm!
